Funkin’ on the Heights! is a crossover between Friday Night Funkin’ and the Roblox universe. After more than a year of development hiatus, the game returns with a comprehensively upgraded demo. Players start as Boyfriend in four bright songs, facing off against familiar characters from various Roblox games. Girlfriend has also been redesigned in a blocky style to suit the new world.
A highlight of the demo is the ability to switch roles. After Boyfriend's part, you control Pico with a huskier voice and more powerful remixes. The game's atmosphere changes noticeably, feeling more mature and dramatic. Nene stands behind Pico, adding a distinctive FNF touch.
All characters have their own smooth animations, and the background contains many small details in the Roblox style. Roblox fans will easily recognize the interesting Easter Eggs. In Freeplay mode, players can switch characters using the [Tab] key to choose between Roblox Boyfriend or Roblox Pico.
The demo includes featured songs: Noob, Roadblocks, Helperbot, Hat Dawg, and upgraded remixes. The diverse music keeps the experience fresh and engaging.
